Terms and Conditions
    1. The promoter is Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited, 160 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4LA (‘Promoter’). The Promoter belongs to a group of companies of which Insight Investment Management Limited is the parent company (‘‘Group’’).
    2. Employees (and their families) of members of the Group may not enter the prize draw.
    3. The draw is open to delegates (other than those referred to in 2. above) attending the ACT Annual Conference between 20 - 22 May 2024 (‘Entrant/s’).
    4. Entrants are permitted only one entry to the prize draw.
    5. Entrants can enter the prize draw by providing their business card by 16:00 on 21 May 2024. All valid entries will be placed into a draw. The winner will be the person who has been selected from the draw and notified immediately after the prize draw.
    6. There is one prize; a ‘Swatch X Omega Bioceramic MoonSwatch’
    7. The prize will be delivered to the winner on a mutually agreed date.
    8. The winner must accept or decline any prize as offered. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
    9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of reasonably equivalent value.
    10. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    11. The Promoter will not return prize draw entry forms to participants. All records of entries will be held by a member of the Group. Any copyright in this material will be with a member of the Group.
    12. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility relating to the cancellation of the prize draw due to any conditions arising that are beyond its control.
    13. By entering the prize draw, the winner consents to the disclosure by the Promoter of his/her name and postal district/county to any participant in the prize draw enquiring about the winner.
    14. By entering this prize draw Entrants consent to any member of the Group using the information  provided to contact the Entrant by letter, telephone or email for marketing purposes. Such marketing purposes may include notifying the Entrant  of other marketing initiatives and products or services the Promoter  may reasonably believe might be of interest to the Entrant, or for the purposes of conducting market research, preparing strategic plans or gauging product sales and/or performance. Entrants are entitled to access information that the Group holds about them and where necessary, have it corrected. Entrants should contact the Promoter at any time if they receive information from a member of the Group and no longer wish to do so.
